For this project I set up a lighting stand, with Tracking Markers taped to it, as close to the Model as possible without interfering with her arm movements. Later, I took the footage into AfterEffects, used 2D Tracking to get a nice Motion Path, and then applied that to a comp with all the Type in it. This way we could get a perfect Vertical movement match with the Model and the Type. I then just stretched different parts of the white background to cover up the Lighting Stand.
